Products price
Product prices are expressed in euros inclusive of all taxes but excluding participation in processing, delivery and, where applicable, customs fees. For more details, see the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Payment methods
According to our payment terms, payment can be made:
- either by bank card via the CAWL secure payment interface, a secure payment solution from Crédit Agricole
- either by bank transfer to VIN CONNECT’s bank details
Online payment by credit card
The Site uses CAWL’s secure SSL (Secure Socket Layers) payment system, accessible via a secure https protocol, to guarantee maximum security for Customers. The transfer of information is perfectly protected thanks to encryption. The Site will never have access to the Client’s bank card information.
A customer’s order will only be considered effective once the payment center has given its approval. In the event of a refusal by CAWL, the Client is immediately informed in the payment interface. In this case, the order will not be processed by the Site.
The data recorded by the Site’s computer system constitutes proof of all transactions between VIN CONNECT and its Clients. Furthermore, they allow for complete traceability of operations.
Please note that we accept payments with personal or business (professional) cards.
However, if the transaction fails, the customer can make a bank transfer.
Online payment via bank transfer
A customer’s order will only be considered effective once the payment center has received payment. Therefore, the Customer’s order will be processed upon receipt of payment. Consequently, any delay in the transfer may result in a delay in the processing of the order.
