Our return conditions

It is necessary for the Client to contact VIN CONNECT as soon as possible either by email at the following address: marlene@vin-connect.fr, or by filling out the contact form available on the “Contact” page.

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) clear days from the Delivery of the Product to withdraw without having to justify his decision.

In order to facilitate the processing of the Customer’s request, it is preferable that the Customer notify VIN CONNECT in advance of their decision to exercise their right of withdrawal by sending the withdrawal form attached hereto or by sending VIN CONNECT their decision to exercise their right of withdrawal by any means, in particular by email: marlene@vin-connect.fr or by post: VIN CONNECT – 24 Ter Rue Jules Massenet – 42330 SAINT GALMIER.

The Customer returns the Product to the following address: VIN CONNECT – 24 Ter Rue Jules Massenet – 42330 SAINT GALMIER. VIN CONNECT advises the Customer to use a shipping method that allows tracking of the package during return shipping and to carry out the necessary checks if the Product does not reach VIN CONNECT.

Under the right of withdrawal, the return costs remain the responsibility of the Customer.

The receipt by VIN CONNECT of a Product depreciated due to handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the Product, engages the responsibility of the Client who must compensate VIN CONNECT for the damage suffered as a result of this depreciation.

Subject to verification of the returned Product, VIN CONNECT will reimburse the Customer within fourteen (14) days from the date on which it was informed of the Customer’s decision to withdraw, using the same means of payment as the Customer used for the initial transaction or by another means of payment if the Customer agrees. The refund may be deferred until VIN CONNECT actually receives the Product or until the Customer provides proof of shipment of the Product.

What is the return procedure?

VIN CONNECT invites you to return the Product(s) in their original packaging or equivalent packaging that will prevent breakage and guarantee their integrity during transport.

VIN CONNECT requests an explanatory note with all your contact details accompanying the package to improve customer satisfaction.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer in the following cases:

  1. Item(s) returned during the 14-day cooling-off period from the date of delivery of the product

Return shipping costs are covered by Vin Connect in the following cases:

  1. Products or packages damaged upon delivery (with proof and photos)
  2. VIN CONNECT made a packing error
