Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) clear days from the Delivery of the Product to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify his decision.

In order to facilitate the processing of the Customer’s request, it is preferable that the Customer notify VIN CONNECT in advance of their decision to exercise their right of withdrawal by sending the withdrawal form attached hereto or by sending VIN CONNECT their decision to exercise their right of withdrawal by any means, in particular by email: marlene@vin-connect.fr or by post: VIN CONNECT – 24 Ter Rue Jules Massenet – 42330 SAINT GALMIER.

The Customer returns the Product to the following address: VIN CONNECT – 24 Ter Rue Jules Massenet – 42330 SAINT GALMIER. VIN CONNECT advises the Customer to use a shipping method that allows tracking of the package during return shipping and to carry out the necessary checks if the Product does not reach VIN CONNECT.

Under the right of withdrawal, the return costs remain the responsibility of the Customer.

The Customer is required to return the Product in its original condition, unused and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions etc.) allowing its resale in its original condition. The Customer shall ensure that the Product(s) are returned in their original packaging or equivalent packaging which will prevent breakage and guarantee their integrity during transport. VIN CONNECT advises the Client to use a mode of transport which allows for insurance in case of loss, theft or breakage.

The receipt by VIN CONNECT of a Product depreciated due to handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the Product, engages the responsibility of the Client who must compensate VIN CONNECT for the damage suffered as a result of this depreciation.

Subject to verification of the returned Product, VIN CONNECT will reimburse the Customer within fourteen (14) days from the date on which it was informed of the Customer’s decision to withdraw, using the same means of payment as the Customer used for the initial transaction or by another means of payment if the Customer agrees. The refund may be deferred until VIN CONNECT actually receives the Product or until the Customer provides proof of shipment of the Product.
